The couple had been in my Sabbath School class just the day before and everything seemed fine. Now he was gone. Open Enrollment? Not Again!

It’s that time of year again! Didn’t I just go through this? Open enrollment—it strikes fear in the hearts of employees and employers, but obviously for different reasons. Open enrollment can occur at various times of the year and for various benefits, depending upon your inception dates. For example, your health care enrollment may occur in June for July inception or your AFLAC programs may be open in November for a January enrollment. How do you make sure that all employees are contacted and ensure that they understand their options and insurance coverage and how to go about enrolling? Full article
