Who's Covered?

Insurance companies provide coverage for almost
anything, but there is one area where they refuse to compensate.
Insurance policies exclude coverage for intentional acts.1
The Employment Practices Liabilities policy states, This
policy does not apply to the benefit of any individual insured
who personally or intentionally caused the harm alleged to have
arisen out of an insured event. Why then, does it seem that
we routinely provide coverage for sexual molestation, employee
dishonesty and other intentional acts?
