The Quality Assurance Department has direct responsibility for the functions of internal auditing, investment management, actuarial services, and other organizational projects that are periodically assigned. Additionally, the department leads corporate initiatives in departmental process mapping and improvement, as well as long-term software procurement strategy and implementation.
