Information Technology Services is responsible for all the information system needs of ARM. Its mission is to maximize the efficient use of technology to meet the risk management information needs of ARM as it serves the Seventh-day Adventist Church. They work to develop and implement effective information-management policies and systems.

The ITS staff services the Silver Spring, MD; Riverside, CA; Atlanta, GA; and London, England offices. They facilitate the maintenance and support of existing systems, programming and query design, backup and reporting functions, as well as the design, implementation and conversion of new systems.

The current information system consists of two local area networks (LANs) connected by a wide area network (WAN), six Novell IntranetWare servers, one SCO UnixWare server and approximately 150 PC systems running Windows 2000. In addition, ITS supports the associated communications equipment, modems, printers, scanners, and miscellaneous equipment associated with these systems.
