The Field Services Department helps church leaders understand the importance of risk management and risk control at their point of ministry and strives to effectively and professionally service the global programs provided by ARM.
Dedicated professionals, operating from offices in Atlanta, GA, Riverside, CA, Silver Spring, MD, St. Albans, England and Brasilia, Brazil provide personalized service to every division of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Field service representatives work closely with church administrators, employees, and laity to achieve a greater understanding of the risk management process. The Field Service staff also works as the "middle man" to coordinate the delivery of all client services offered through ARM and the GENCON family of companies.
Risk control through proactive loss prevention measures is the key to any successful risk management program. ARM’s Risk Control Consultants work closely with church administrators to help them identify and assess hazards that could cause injury or loss on denominational premises or during sponsored activities.
