Claims & Legal Services has the responsibility of processing claims according to insurance policy provisions for the Seventh-day Adventist church.  These efficient insurance professionals act in response to claims filed from risks involving Commercial General Liability, Hospital Professional Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Ocean Marine, and Commercial Property insured by Gencon Insurance Company of Vermont.  Claim & Legal Services adjudicates claims and functions as a liaison to various commercial insurance companies on other claims.
