Seventh-day Adventist Church employees are eligible to participate in a pre-tax retirement savings plan called the “Tax Sheltered Annuity.” This plan allows you to put pre-tax dollars aside now, and receive them as an annuity upon retirement. An annuity that guarantees a certain rate of return is called a “Fixed Rate Annuity.” A “Variable Rate Annuity” allows you to choose an investment portfolio based on your particular needs.
