Adventist Risk Management (ARM) provides group benefit services and products, such as life, health, accidental death, dental, disability, prescription drug, retirement savings plans, and much more. Seventh-day Adventist Church (SDA) employees in the United States meeting certain employment criteria and denominational affiliations are eligible for these benefits. Some of these are offered at no cost while others require employee contributions or premiums. A payroll deduction service is typically available to assist employees in meeting these additional costs.
Benefits Online/Resource Information
As an SDA employee under the North American Division (NAD) Health Care Assistance Plan administered by Adventist Risk Management, Benefits Online provides you with the ability to see your own detailed claims history or access Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) directories to find participating physicians and medical facilities. Just type in your user ID and password for access. If you have difficulty, contact your employer for assistance.
