Silver Spring, MD. August 1, 2013 – Tim Northrop, Adventist Risk Management (ARM) Vice President, Chief Insurance Operations Officer, was asked to serve on an Accident and Health Producer Advisory Board for The ACE Group. The board consists of 10 producers from the eastern US who advise ACE about current challenges and provides a forum for discussion between producers and the carrier.
ARM President, Bob Kyte says, “an invitation for ARM to have a seat on this advisory board illustrates the respect the Seventh-day Adventist Church’s insurance programs have earned from the insurance industry.”
The ACE Group is one of the world’s largest multiline property and casualty insurers. With operations in 53 countries, ACE provides commercial and personal property and casualty insurance, personal accident and supplemental health insurance, reinsurance and life insurance to a diverse group of clients.
Northrop commented that, “participation on an advisory board like this provides us a forum to speak about the worldwide business of the Church specifically areas we are facing challenges from an insurance perspective.”
