(Silver Spring, Maryland) Adventist Risk Management, Inc., (ARM) recently announced that its new business hours would be Monday through Thursday 8am to 5pm in its North America office. The new schedule is effective immediately and mirrors the same schedule adopted by the Seventh-day Adventist Church’s world headquarters in Silver Spring. “This schedule change does not diminish ARM’s commitment to meet the needs of our customers,” says Bob Kyte, ARM president. “Our field services reps and claims specialists will be on-call to address client needs during non-business hours.” The scheduled changes will not affect ARM offices in England and Brazil. Those offices hours will remain unchanged.

The new business schedule will not impact the service provided to participants in either the North American Division (NAD) Healthcare Assistance Plan or the SHARP healthcare program for NAD retirees. All NAD employees and retirees will still be able to contact their healthcare claims service center seven days a week, by calling the toll-free number indicated on the back of the wallet identification cards.
