Adventist Risk Management’s clients are now able to call our Customer Care number at any time to report an urgent claim. Clients can phone 1-888-951-4ARM (4276) and choose option #2 to report an urgent claim. Customer service is available in English and Spanish.
There are many reasons a client might need to phone in an urgent report, including any incident that involves a death, a property loss that requires an adjuster, flooding where water must be removed, serious auto accident with injuries and others. Adventist Risk Management believes this allows us to improve the response time for handling claims.
Reporting property and casualty claims 24/7 is part of our commitment to our global clients who need to report incidents during non-work hours as well as from other time zones.
